In 2010, the Hughes Foundation (HF) began a partnership in Panama. We are excited to now have a presence in Central America.

Currently we are developing our team in Panama. In 2011 we are forecasting launching the following:

• Register HF in Panama as a recognized charity

• Begin printing HF marketing materials in Spanish

• Launch HF in Panama City via an entertainment event involving
all media platforms -- radio, TV, print and Web -- spreading the
HF message of hope throughout Central America

• Begin an HIV/AIDS medication program that will transport medication to those living outside of Panama City who are not able
to commute to urban hospitals

• Open a physical office in Panama City during the same time
HF launches its global headquarters in Minneapolis
